Store Credit

The Seller allows Customers to accumulate points as part of the so-called Store Credit. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw from the Agreement (pursuant to Chapters XIII or XIV of the Terms and Conditions) and returns the Goods, the refund may be issued in the form of Store Credit. The refundable amount will be recorded in the Customer’s Account and will be equal to the amount that was to be refunded.

The store credit can be used for future Orders placed via the Account on the entire product range (including discounted Goods).

The validity of the store credit is twelve months from the moment the amount is recorded in the Customer’s Account. During this period, the credit cannot be converted into cash. After this time, any unused store credit will be refunded to the Customer under the terms specified in Chapters XIII or XIV of the Terms and Conditions.

Gift Card

The Customer can purchase a Gift Card through the online Store. The Gift Card will contain at least the Seller’s logo, company information, card value, and validity period.

Gift Cards are multi-purpose and reusable vouchers. In exchange for the Gift Card, the Customer can purchase any Goods offered by the Seller in the online Store, up to the value of the Gift Card.

If the price of the ordered Goods exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the Customer may complete the purchase by using the Gift Card and paying the difference between the total price and the card’s value.

The Gift Card can be used for one or more Goods until the card’s value is fully exhausted.

Gift Cards can be purchased either as physical or electronic cards. To purchase a Gift Card, the Customer should contact the Seller at giftcard@branchestore.com. Payment for the Gift Card is made using the payment methods specified in Chapter XI of the Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards can have values ranging from 100 PLN to 10,000 PLN gross. Payment of the card’s price is a condition of purchase. For physical Gift Cards, the Customer must also cover the shipping cost, based on the delivery method chosen.

After purchasing the Gift Card, the Seller will send an electronic Gift Card to the Customer’s email address, along with a purchase confirmation that includes the Seller’s information, key contract details (such as the type of card and its price), and the Terms and Conditions, including instructions on the right of withdrawal (as per Appendix 1 of the Terms and Conditions). For physical Gift Cards, only the confirmation will be sent via email, while the physical card will be delivered to the address provided during the purchase.

The Customer can use the Gift Card for payment in the Store by entering the card details in the payment window.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. During this period, the Customer can use the card to pay for Goods. After the expiration date, any unused value will be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded.

Gift Cards (or their unused balance) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
